Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation  tracking number . Please allow 24 hrs for the confirmation email.

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We add the shipping rates at checkout. Delivery Times are estimated within 7-10 business days  based on your location. Please remember the delivery time is an estimated time and not a guarantee time frame due delays from shipment carriers, weather or volume of orders.

* We offer express delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States for additional fee.

Jets-dreams.com  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
