Can I return my item?
At this time, all sales are final. We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your request and send a replacement if approved.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital downloads and customized items are non-refundable.
How long does a refund take?
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my package is lost?
If your package shows delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
